Terms of Service for Alex's Open Banking Data Aggregator

1. Service description
   This is a personal, non-commercial application that retrieves account
   information from the account owner's bank(s) via the Enable Banking API.
   It provides Account Information Services (AIS) only. It does not provide
   Payment Initiation Services (PIS).

2. Usage restrictions
   This application is for the personal use of the account owner only.
   It is not available to other users.

3. Authentication
   You must authenticate with your bank using Strong Customer Authentication
   (BankID in Sweden). The application does not store your bank credentials.

4. Data accuracy
   Data is provided "as is" from your bank via the Enable Banking API. The
   application owner is not responsible for errors or omissions in the data
   provided by the bank.

5. Acceptable use
   You agree to use this application in compliance with all applicable laws
   and regulations, including PSD2 and GDPR.

6. Limitation of liability
   This is a personal tool with no warranty. The application owner is not
   liable for any damages arising from the use of this application.

7. Changes to terms
   These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
